The ULM University Library follows Louisiana Statute RS 44 regarding the registration records and other records of use maintained by libraries.
The ULM University Library also supports and endorses the American Library Association's statements on the Freedom to Read and the Library Bill of Rights. Individuals requesting reconsideration (e.g., removal or restriction) of any materials in the library collection must complete and submit a Request for Reconsideration of Materials form.
