Guidelines for Presenter of “ULM's Substantive Change Policy: Expectations for Employees”

The presenter should:

(1) print copies of Resource #1 (4 pages) and hand them to each attendee

(2) give an overview of Resource #1 and address each of the 15 questions in the document

(3) direct attendees’ attention to Resources #2 & #3, ideally by projecting each document on the screen

(4) direct any possible substantive change issue or any unanswered question raised in the presentation to the
University Accreditation Liaison for immediate follow-up
