“Filters” is an ongoing portfolio of collages based on cliché verre prints that I began in 1998.  The abstract images revolve around different materials juxtaposed with coffee filters.  The prints point to the relentless passing of time and also suggest, through the collage elements, the stockpiling of memories, sensations, feelings, and thoughts in our conscious and unconscious minds at any one point in time.
