Campus Housing

Residential life application and reservation materials are sent to all incoming freshmen students after they have been admitted to the university. When you receive your packet, this is what you need to do:

  • Complete the housing application.
  • A $25 non-refundable application fee and a $100 room reservation fee must accompany your application. Please write the CWID (campus-wide id number) of the student on the check.
  • Checks and money orders should be made payable to ULM.
  • Credit card payments may be made by phoning La Capital, the on campus bank, at (318)342-5131.
  • Use the enclosed business reply envelope to return your completed application and fees.

Please note that housing assignments are made based on the date the application and room reservation fees are received in our office. Incomplete applications, including those missing fees will not be processed until all necessary documents and/or fees have been received.
