Advancement Services provides database support for the ULM Development Office, the ULM Foundation, the ULM Alumni Center and the ULM Athletic Foundation. This technical support includes:
- performing software upgrades and maintenance;
- providing computer support and upgrades;
- training to Foundation, Development and Alumni staff;
- maintaining and backing up data records of each constituency group;
- generating reports;
- downloading data
In addition, Advancement Services assists the colleges of the university with database support and interacting with various constituent groups, such as alumni, prospects, friends, and donors.
Records of alumni and donors are private and confidential and any use of these records by university entities must comply with ULM's Alumni and Donor Database Information Management Policy.
