Plan for food for 100 people.

I will be there to assist the rental company setting-up on Friday, Oct. 2nd. If anyone else wants to come for input, I will welcome you.

4.  Tables and chairs

I spoke with Helen Johnson in Physical Plant about setting up tables and chairs. They now have 6 tables and 20 chairs available. They will set these up for us. Do we still need Tammy Soileau to get ~10 chairs from her church?
