LFLTA is the state's affiliate of ACTFL. It is designed to provide opportunities for foreign language teachers to attend educational and practical workshops and presentations. LFLTA hosts a conference in the spring which allows teachers to share ideas and discuss foreign language issues.

LFLTA offers mini grants for teachers and an informative newsletter, The Communicator.  You may join by completing the LFLTA application.
