Application to Exhibit at the LFLTA 2010 Conference on February 26 and
27 in Alexandria, Louisiana.
Note:
Payment should be received no later than 2 weeks before conference date
unless other arrangements have been made with the treasurer. If
the exhibitor cancels by February 10th, a full refund will be
made. Cancellation after that date will result in a partial
refund.

A tentative conference schedule will be posted to the LFLTA webpage one
month before the date of the conference. Please consult the
webpage for information details about sessions and meetings.
Exhibitors may set-up on Friday, February 26 at 11:00 a.m.
NOTE: It is also possible to post an advertisement in the
conference program. A full page is $130.00, a half page is
$80.00, a quarter is $50.00, and business card size is $30.00.
The conference activities conclude at 8:00 p.m. Friday, February 26,
2009 and at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 27, 2010. Please plan
accordingly.
