Notary Public Course Offered at ULM

A Notary Public Preparation Course is being offered by the University of Louisiana at Monroe Center for Professional and Management Development throughout October and November. This course is designed to prepare individuals for the examination to become commissioned Notary Publics.

Application to take the Notary Public Exam for Ouachita Parish must be filed with the Clerk of Court no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 5. The test date for Ouachita Parish is Saturday, Dec. 4.

The Notary Public Preparation Course is being offered on Oct. 19, 21, 26, 28 and Nov. 2, 4, 9, 11, 16 and 18. The class meets from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on those dates in the ULM Administration Building, room 2-49. The cost of the class is $300 and materials will be provided.
