Theatreworks.ULM Presents Nice People Dancing to Good Country Music

The next theater production for Theatreworks.ULM is "Nice People Dancing to Country Music". It will show on Nov. 7, 8, 9 and 14, 15, 16 and 20, 21, 22 in the Studio Theatre. All performances begin at 7:30 p.m.

The play goes like this: Jim has fallen in love, and the woman has changed his life. She made him get rid of his Harley, changed the name of his biker bar to attract nice people and now her wayward, resentful son and her niece, who was thrown out of the convent for uncontrollably blurting out whatever inappropriate thought came to her mind, have taken up residence. His friend Roy finds it all very funny and has fallen instantly in love with the nun he does not know is a nun. Texas itself will never be the same again unless everyone can make some serious adjustments purdy darn quick. Typically Blessing, the play is rich in its language and clever in its humor.

Prices for the performance are $8.00 Adults, $6.00 Seniors, $4.00 children. ULM Faculty, Staff, and Students are free with ID.
