Annual Art Faculty Exhibition on view at Bry Art Gallery through Sept. 13

Faculty members in the Division of Art at the University of Louisiana at Monroe are currently displaying their Annual Art Faculty Exhibition in Bry Art Gallery on campus.

The exhibition inventory includes: wheel-thrown glazed stoneware containers and stacked bowls, plus earthenware raku containers by Gary Ratcliff; figurative, landscape and nonobjective acrylic paintings, with some manifesting diptych formats by Robert Ward; computer generated advertising art in the form of posters, programs, stationery, web sites, labels, logos and booklets by Brian Fassett; nonobjective polychromed fabricated steel sculpture by Cliff Tresner; figurative, landscape and nonobjective color and achromatic digital photographs by Richard Hayes; figurative, landscape and nonobjective acrylic paintings by Joni Noble; figurative, achromatic and hand colored original prints in the form of reliefs, etchings and lithographs by Jason Clark; nonobjective mixed media, collage and photomontages by Camille Jungman; and wheel-thrown glazed stoneware vessels, trays, platters and containers, with some incised figurative embellishments, by Wayne Horton.

This exhibition will be on view through Sept. 13. The Bry Art Gallery is open from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and from 8 a.m. - noon on Fridays.

The faculty will be honored with a reception from 6 - 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24.
