Social Work professor first to publish in International Journal

An article written by Pamela Higgins Saulsberry, LCSW and Ph.D., was published in the December 2008 issue of Crime, Punishment and the Law International Journal entitled Adolescent Violence: A Theoretical Analysis.

Saulsberry, ULM’s chair of social work, is the journal’s first author. Robert Hanser, Ph.D., is the journal's editor-in-chief and director of the Institute of Law Enforcement at ULM .

Saulsberry also presented at the 33rd Annual Foster Parent Conference "Fostering Hope for Louisiana's Children" in Shreveport on Feb. 1. She presented "Parenting other race/ethnic children.”
