ULM fans: Style your ride with Warhawk pride Oct. 24 and 27

University of Louisiana at Monroe fans wanting to style their rides with Warhawk pride will have multiple opportunities to obtain an official Warhawk license plate, Wednesday, Oct. 24, and Saturday, Oct. 27.

From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., on Wednesday, Oct. 24, ULM representatives will be stationed in the Warhawk Circle, located at the end of Bayou Drive on the ULM campus.

Representatives will also be available from 12-5 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 27, in The Grove, behind the golf house on Bon Aire Drive.

Any Louisiana registered vehicle is eligible for the plate—fans need only bring their vehicle registration, and exchange the old plate for the new Warhawk plate.

Plates will be installed within minutes by ULM students.

Ninety-six percent of the proceeds from each plate will benefit the ULM Alumni Association Scholarship Fund.

Prices vary. Calculations are based on the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and value of the vehicle at the time of original purchase.

Cash, checks, or cashier’s checks will be accepted by the Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles representatives present on both days.

This initiative is part of ULM's Homecoming Week. For more information, contact Brook Sebren at 318-342-5244, or sebren@ulm.edu
