Visiting Students

Welcome!  We are pleased you are interested in attending ULM as a visiting student.  You will be considered a visiting student , if you are currently enrolled at another institution and attend one semester or summer term at ULM and transfer the credit back to your home institution.  

Steps:

  1. Submit an online Visiting Application for Admission (#4) and application fee

  2. After your application and fee have been received and processed, you will be admitted to ULM

  3. If you are currently under academic suspension, your home institution may not accept the credits you will earn at ULM

  4. If you are taking a course that requires pre-requisites, you will need to fax (318.342.5553) an unofficial copy of your college transcript to the ULM Student Success Center. Complete a cover letter to accompany your transcript providing your name, phone #, CWID#, name of the course and crn related to the course(s) you wish to enroll in (www.ulm.edu/schedule/ to search courses offered) and notate “Visiting Student”

  5. Complete and submit an immunization form –  www.ulm.edu/immunization/

  6. Call the Admissions Office at 318-342-5430 to have any enrollment holds lifted and/or if you have any questions
