Spring 2014 intent to return forms became available online on October 14th
This form is for current students already living on campus who want to request to
return to their same room or request a building change.
Students will have until November 15th to reclaim their same room. Also, November 15th will be the last day to cancel your
Spring 2014 housing.
Students new to campus housing will need to contact the Residential life office at
(318)342-5240 or email us at email@example.com to fill out an application for the Spring
Students new to campus housing are required to pay a $200 room reservation fee.
New students will have until November 15th to cancel and receive a partial refund of $100 of the reservation fee.
There will be no refunds given after November 15th.
Building /Room Changes
Building /room changes will be assigned based on the date the intent to return cards
Should you be notified of a building/room change for Spring 2014 you will be required
to remove all your belongings from your current room on move-out day which is December
7th by 12:00 PM.
Notifications for building/room changes will arrive before winter break.
If you are not granted a building/room change you will have another chance to request
a move. This will be available on the first day of the spring semester which will
be Monday, Jan. 13th beginning at 8:00 AM.
The fee payment deadline is January 7, 2014 at 3:30 PM. All students must have their bills paid online or at La Capitol Federal Credit
Union (located in University Commons II) prior to moving into their residence hall
