Blue Thunder Variants: No interpretation. Howard suggests that there is evidence that this is not an actual pictograph to mark the events of the winter of 1923-1924. It may be the pictograph of a former owner of the wintercount. This is suggested because the drawing style of this pictograph is different from the style in which the others appear.

Howard, however, states that he believes it is the pictograph for the death of John P. Pleets on November 20, 1924.
