ULM Theatre Department to Present "How I Learned to Drive"

The University of Louisana at Monroe's theatre department is presenting "How I Learned to Drive," a Pulitzer Prize winning play by Paula Vogel. Performances will be Feb. 20-22, Feb. 25-28 and March 1. All performances will begin at 7:30 p.m. at Studio Theatre located on the ULM campus.

The play is about Li'l Bit, a woman in her 40's who examined the impact of her uncles sexual abuse on her life and adult relationships. It is told with a rare sense of humor and compassion for both the uncle and Li'l bit. This play tastefully but frankly depicts Li'l Bit's creation of a new life, but one forever colored by her experience of love and exploitation.

Adult ticket prices are $8, senior prices are $6, and ULM students are admitted free. Call (318)-342-1414 for reservations.
