Natalie Williams Crowned Miss ULM

Natalie Williams, 22, senior elementary education student at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, from Monroe, is the newly crowned "Miss ULM" for 2003. Williams won 1st runner-up at the 50th Annual Miss ULM Scholarship Pageant that was held Feb. 20, at the Monroe Civic Center. The Miss ULM crowned that night has resigned her position.
Williams will represent ULM in the Miss Louisiana Scholarship pageant, which will be held in Monroe in June.
