ULM Department of Foreign Languages Presents Guest Lecturer

The Department of Foreign Languages will host a lecture presentation by Dr. Dana Kress, Professor of French at Centenary College, on November 13th at 4:30 p.m. in the University Conference Center on the 7th floor of the ULM library. Dr. Kress will lecture on American History: Creole History.

Dr. Kress is the author of a new critical edition of Armand Garreau's Louisiana and director of a major grant to publish Louisiana literature in French, Spanish, and German. He will discuss various aspects of the development of the American nation as recorded in the literature of Louisiana Creoles. His talk is open to everyone.
