Student Bus Trip to Lafayette Game

The ULM Athletics' Student Booster Club, Indian Spear It, will be sponsoring a student fan bus for the Louisiana-Lafayette game on October 11, 2003. The trip is open to all ULM students. The bus will be leaving at 8 a.m. Saturday morning and will return following the game. The Student Booster club will also be having a Tail Gate at the game where food and drink will be provided.

"This is a great opportunity for the student body to rally behind the Indians and have a great time," Indian Spear It President Adam Holland said. "ULL is one of our biggest rivals in the SunBelt Conference and it will be great to get a strong student showing at the game."

The cost of the trip will be $38, which will include your ticket to the game and a tailgate event at Lafayette. The trip is limited to the first 40 students to sign-up.

"The students have been wanting a bus trip to a football game for quiet some time and we finally have one," Holland said. "We just need the students to show up and make this happen so we can have many more in the future."

Time is running out to sign up for the trip with Wednesday, October 1, as the deadline. Tickets can be purchased at the Malone Stadium ticket office or call 342-3ULM, Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted.
