CBA students present at national marketing meeting in Chicago

Two College of Business Administration students at the University of Louisiana at Monroe recently delivered presentations at the Marketing Management Association meeting in Chicago.

Sarah Sisk, a senior marketing major from Monroe, and Abby LeLeux, a master’s of business administration candidate from Sulphur, attended the conference March 24-26.

Sisk presented a paper on “Source Credibility and Visual Strategy in Print Advertisements,” while LeLeux presented a paper on “Powerpoint Slides and Quizzes: A Comparison of Business Faculty.”

“We owe the privilege of presenting at the conference to our professors in the marketing department and the entire College of Business Administration faculty,” said Sisk. “With their encouragement and assistance, we were prepared for an academic audience.”
