SGA announces spring 2010 election results

The Student Government Association at the University of Louisiana at Monroe recently announced the 2010-11 class presidents, senators and officers, following elections held May 5.

The 2010-11 SGA officers are:

President – Brook Sebren (Rayville)
Vice-President – Trevor Hall (Sanger, Texas)
Secretary – Marina DaSilva (West Monroe)
Treasurer – Brooke Dugas (Franklinton)

Senators for each college include:

Arts and Sciences: Taylor Reppond (Monroe); Eboni Parker (Marthaville); Sophie Barksdale (Monroe); Micah Clauss (Jena); Heath Hines (Crossett, Ark.); Tyler Plauche (Pineville); Spencer Moore (Monroe); Hunter Vanderberg (Monroe); Brittany Stover (Abbeville); Brittany Miles (Shreveport); Sandra Page (Shreveport); Uniqua Sanders, associate senator (Bossier City); and Sarah Kirksey, associate senator (West Monroe).

Business Administration: Chad Reetz (Weatherford, Texas); Andres Granada (Baton Rouge); David Phillip Carpenter (Waterproof); Brittany Byrd (Baton Rouge); Thomas Reeves (Monroe); Brandon Boone, associate senator (Bossier City); and Lpshun Slaughter, associate senator (Alexandria).

Education and Human Development: TJ Scarborough (Rayville); Paris Williams (Arlington, Texas); Adam Elam (Jackson); Phillip Hebert (Pineville); Weldon Idom (West Monroe); Jessica Richardson, associate senator (Sterlington); and Cory Powell, associate senator (West Monroe).
