Welcome to our World Wide Web site!
Restoration Park is maintained to control flooding, to control nonpoint
source pollution, to preserve a wetlands site, to promote science education,
and for research purposes. It is one of the few wetlands intended for
so many diverse goals. Our web site introduces Restoration Park and provides
reference information and research data.
This web site was developed with funds from the Louisiana Department
of Environmental Quality's Louisiana Nonpoint Source Pollution Program
and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Thanks go to Dr. Stringer and The University of Louisiana
