Hope Andersonis a dietitian and health expert who empowers people to eat, move, and live well, and is the founder of Health with Hope, a nutrition counseling practice.
Anderson earned a bachelor’s degree in mass communication from ULM in 2010, and after wrapping a second degree in nutrition and dietetics, she completed a nutrition residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2015.
Through her private practice, she inspires people to rethink their relationship with food and shows clients how to balance wellness with everyday life.
A former Miss Louisiana and Miss ULM, Hope now serves as the official dietitian for the Miss Louisiana Organization and is the resident nutritionist for the Nashville Ballet Company dancers.
She also regularly contributes as a writer and food photographer to Edible Nashville, a magazine she served as Associate Editor to in its first year as a publication.
Hope enjoys teaching cooking classes, baking sourdough bread, and wants nothing more than to teach the world how to love beets.
