Our Mission:
The mission of the University of Louisiana at Monroe Museum of Natural History is to promote and advance an understanding and appreciation of all aspects of natural history based on its collections, exhibits, education, and research. Furthermore, the Museum will emphasize the natural history of North Louisiana including the biodiversity, paleontology, geology, and archeology of the area as it relates to the global environment and support the generation, synthesis and dissemination of natural history information through appropriate activities for the ULM community, the public, and the youth of the surrounding region.
