1,000 students who began their college career elsewhere.

1. Submit the online Application for Admission & application fee
2. Request official transcripts from all previous college work (except ULM) to be mailed

Students under current suspension and those who cannot furnish official transcripts
are not eligible to enroll at ULM.
3. Submit completed Proof of Immunization form.
4. Once admitted, regularly check your new "warhawks.ulm.edu" student email account
for financial aid and other information. Log in at my.ULM.edu.

ACT/SAT scores are required for admission and scholarship consideration and must be
delivered electronically to ULM directly from ACT or SAT. Paper copies will not be
processed unless received directly from ACT or SAT if no electronic copy is available.

A Transfer Student is a student who has previously attended another postsecondary institution and has
never been enrolled at ULM. This does not include students who took Dual Enrollment or Collegiate courses as high school students,
or those who enrolled at another institution for the first time the summer immediately
after their high school graduation.
A student transferring back to ULM and who previously attended ULM is considered a Readmit, not a Transfer student, and is not required to meet these standards.
To be eligible for immediate admission, a transfer student must have earned:
- a transferrable associate degree
(AA, AALT, AS or ASLT), or
- a minimum 18 college-level academic hours
with a 2.00 minimum GPA, and
- must have completed a minimum of
one college-level English, and
- one college-level mathematics course designed to fulfill general educational requirements.

Students are encouraged to apply for admission to ULM even if they do not meet the above requirements. Such applications are reviewed on
an individual basis to determine the likelihood of the applicant’s success at ULM.
Please contact ULM’s Office of Admissions at 318-342-5265 to discuss your application’s
review. If the student is not admitted after a review, the applicant may submit an Appeal of Admission form.
