TITLE IX

Title IX Training Registration

ULM employees are required to receive Title IX training annually (Educational Amendment Act, 20 USC 1681-1688). This training is mandatory for all classified and unclassified employees. Changes in federal law and ULM Title IX policy mandate employees receive this training. Training will last approximately 1 hour (see schedule below).

You must bring your Warhawk ID card to the training session to scan it through a card reader. Upon entering the Nursing Auditorium, you will slide your Warhawk ID through the card reader, which will be located at the back entrance and hallway door.  Please note that sliding your ID card is the method by which you will be credited for attending this mandatory training.

Due to the capacity of the Nursing Auditorium, online registration is necessary. Once a session has reached the maximum number of online registrants, the session will no longer be available for registration.

After you complete the online Registration Form, you will receive an email confirmation for the selected date and time.

Mandatory Training Registration

If you did not attend the mandatory Title IX training on August 12, 2014, you are responsible for scheduling one of the following "make-up" Title IX training sessions to remain in compliance. Online registration will remain open for a session until the maximum number of registrants has been reached.

Please bring your Warhawk ID card with you to the training session. Your attendance will be recorded by scanning your ID card through a card reader.

Department Heads and/or Supervisors are responsible for advising and assisting their employees who may not have access to a computer and/or need assistance with the online registration process.
