ULM works closely with the DVA to offer various entitlement programs to students who have served in the military on active duty, are members of the selected Reserves/National Guard, or are dependents of a veteran who died while in the military or who has a service-related disability. ULM offers courses for college credit through the Dual Enrollment Program for high school students. The program allows students to earn college credit while enrolled in a class taught by their high school faculty or taught online by ULM faculty.
The Collegiate Admissions Program provides an opportunity for exceptional high school sophomores, juniors and seniors to earn college credit. The program is available year-round, including summer sessions.
ULM's Academics, Career, Engagement, and Support (ACES) program is a comprehensive transition and postsecondary education experience for young adults with intellectual disabilities. ACES provides its students with an inclusive college experience, including courses designed to prepare participants for the workforce.
