Interprofessional Education

University of Louisiana Monroe is committed to providing the education and training health care professional students need in order to collaborate as effective members of the health care team.  Patient needs are becoming more complex, multi-faceted and challenging so our goal is to prepare students with the skills necessary to optimize patient outcomes.  To accomplish this goal, we have incorporated interprofessional education (IPE) throughout our curriculum to ensure students are prepared to deliver excellent patient care.
