Student Publications

Multiple ULM Chacahoula yearbooks, Helicon journals, and Hawkeye newspapers are spread over a table.

Give to ULM Student Publications!

Layouts penciled in on QuadPaks. Politicians pressed for answers. Bell bottoms sketched for Fields’ ads. Short stories read at Enoch’s. Wreck Tech games photographed in the rain. Nickels and dimes counted out for a Sweep the Kitchen™ while copyediting the Spring Fever issue. Generations of students recorded every year of our institution’s existence in black and white, sepia, and living color despite war, weather, and pandemic. That work made our school better. That work made us better. ULM Office of Student Publications continues to provide students from all majors with equitable, purposeful outlets for comprehensive journalism, literature, art and design, while fostering a collaborative spirit across our community. The layouts now require computer software, but the human touch remains.

Warhawks still need a first-rate student press. We all do. Will you help us maintain the enduring legacy of the power of words at ULM?
