ULM GIVING TUESDAY TOOLKIT
To help spread the word about #ULMGivingTuesday and maximize our impact on students,
employees, and the community, we’re asking you to be a ULM Giving Tuesday Ambassador.
As an ambassador, you’ll help us get the ULM Giving Tuesday message to as many people
as possible using your personal networks of friends and family via email and social
media. Being an ambassador doesn’t have to take a long time but is a rewarding experience
– and you’ll make a huge difference at ULM.

- Create content that inspires and helps your friends and family to get ready for ULM
Giving Tuesday, or post our ready-made content. See below for inspiration and assets
you can use.
- Go live on Instagram/Facebook and collect donations
- Add our link (ulm.edu/givingtuesday) to your bio
Social Media Direction + Content
Here are some ideas for what to post on your channels to help get your friends and
family excited and inspired to give on Giving Tuesday. We also encourage you to create
your own content and tell your giving story. You know what will inspire your network
to take action and give. We’d love for you to post across channels to reach as many
people as possible.

TikTok or Reels
- Make a video that speaks from the heart about how important our mission is to you.
- Kick off a challenge: for every one of your followers who posts using the hashtag
#ULMGivingTuesday, do something silly or give a certain amount of money to ULM.
Instagram Stories
Use “swipe up” and link to ulm.edu/givingtuesday. Share how you’re giving and ask
your followers to do the same.

- I’m showing my support for ULM this Nov 29th for #ULMGivingTuesday. Where will you
give? Find your passion at ulm.edu/givingtuesday
- #ULMGivingTuesday is our community’s chance to change lives. Make a gift, share your
voice, and encourage others in your Warhawk circle to participate!
