Melinda  F. Matthews, ULM Interlibrary Loan/Reference Librarian, wrote the article “Best  Practices: Relocating an Academic Library Department.”

The article was  published in “Library Intelligence” in August 2013.

Matthews  has worked at the University Library since 1990, when she started as the  Humanities Reference Librarian.

She has held the Interlibrary Loan/Reference  Librarian position since 1992.
