The conference will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., on Saturday, April 12, at ULM’s Bienville building, located at 1800 Bienville Drive, in Monroe. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m.
Dr. Kopera-Frye, Biedenharn Endowed Chair and professor of gerontology at ULM, organized the conference with Knesha Rose, co-director of the Louisiana chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
“We are very fortunate and honored to have ULM host such an important conference for our community,” said Kopera-Frye.
The conference will provide valuable information on identifying dementia, current ground breaking pharmaceutical research, plus legal and financial issues in dementia.
