Enrollment Policies

1. Parents must submit a ULM EWLS Application in person or online via Goggle Form. Once the application is complete the child will be placed on the Lab School Waiting List. ULM faculty, EWLS staff, siblings of currently enrolled children, ULM staff, students, and alumni are given preference, in that order, then others if space permits. Full-time faculty, staff and students will be given preference over part-time.

2. Once a child is accepted as an infant, he/she is eligible to continue in the program through their preschool4 group year.

3. If a parent’s address or phone number changes during the child’s enrollment/waiting list, it is the parent’s responsibility to update the file/application by emailing (buell@ulm.edu), calling the Lab School (342-1913) or dropping off the change at the School (702 Cole Avenue.)

Upon Entrance:

Each child must have a completed Information Sheet and a copy of their Birth Certificate and Current Immunization record prior to the first day of attendance.
