Transcript Requests

All orders for official transcripts must be placed online. We do not accept mail, email, or telephone requests for official transcripts.  Orders can be placed through myULM/OneLogin. If you are unable to access Banner, orders can be submitted HERE or through the link below. Official transcript options:

PDF (electronic delivery) - $10 per transcript

Hard Copy Mail Delivery - $12.50 per transcript

FedEx (expedited hard copy delivery) - $42.50 per transcript

Unofficial transcripts can be obtained through Banner by clicking on the Student tab and selecting Student Records – Academic Transcript.

 

Replacement Diploma Requests

All orders for replacement diplomas must be made through Parchment.

Instructions on how to create a Parchment account and order a replacement diploma are found below in the “How to Videos” section.

Sending PDF Credentials

University of Louisiana at Monroe has appointed Parchment as the designated agent for processing and sending official electronic transcripts and diplomas on behalf of University of Louisiana at Monroe. The PDF credential that is produced using this service contains the identical information as the printed transcript and diploma and can be certified as unaltered by uploading the file to the company’s website that is provided during the delivery process. Parchment has been granted the authority to deliver all such electronic credential requests on behalf of University of Louisiana at Monroe and respond to any inquiries regarding the transactions. Therefore, we are unable to process any transcript or diploma request that has been received via email or in the mail.
