A Comprehensive Walk-Through Video Tutorial
This comprehensive video describes a University of Louisiana at Monroe graduate student using her website account for the first time in an online Instructional Technology course. This informal (just-over-an--hour-long tutorial!) covers the entire process for getting started with a "webpage template". This is the accompanying webpage reference: https://ulm.edu/webguide/Mobirise-Template/index.html
Youtube Tutorial Videos For Using Mobirise, Free Software For Building Your Website Files
These excellent videos by Brian Haferkamp on Youtube provide step by step instructions for using the free Mobirise website builder to create a website on your institutional website account. No formal specialized technical knowledge is assumed. Please take a moment to examine the note below for Video 23; it is highly recommended to save your "published" webpage/website in a local folder! Then, use an FTP application like WinSCP to upload to your website folder directly.

(Note: While Mobirise does have a built-in FTP application, it's highly recommended to use "WinSCP", a free FTP application (for use on Windows computers) to upload files to your higher education network account. Why? The "WinSCP" FTP application makes it MUCH easier to connect to your educational institution personal website account dependably. Some institutional networks use firewalls that block FTP access. So, instead, use the "publish to a local folder" option and then upload the published folder and files to your website account with "WinSCP". Use the video tutorial, directly below, that provides details about "publishing to a local folder".)
