Maintaining Out-of-State Warhawk Scholarships
The Out-of-State Warhawk Scholarship is valued at $6,050 per semester, totaling $12,100
per year.
Out-of-State Warhawk Scholarship Maintenance Requirements
- Earn a minimum of 24 credit hours during each academic year, defined as all terms
from Fall through Summer within an academic year (August through July).
- Enroll in a minimum of at least 12 credit hours by the 15th class day each Fall and
Spring semester.
- Maintain full-time, continuous enrollment (Fall and Spring semesters)
- Earn a minimum of 12 credit hours each Fall and Spring semester.
- Maintain a 2.35 Fall and Spring semester grade point average.
- Maintain a 2.35 cumulative grade point average.
Appealing Your Scholarship
- The academic records of all students receiving waivers are reviewed by the Scholarship
Office once final grades are posted.
- It is the student's responsibility to ensure at the conclusion of each semester that
maintenance requirements have been met.
- Students who do not meet maintenance criteria will have their award cancelled for
all future terms.
- Students whose award is cancelled will receive an email with a link to the scholarship
appeal form.
- All scholarship appeals are reviewed by the ULM Scholarship Committee. Students will
be notified of their decision within two weeks of their appeal submission. Note: all scholarship appeal decisions made by the ULM Scholarship Committee are final.
