Additional Undergraduate Scholarship Opportunities

• Athletic Scholarships
  Inquiries regarding athletic awards should be made directly to the appropriate athletic coach. For more information, visit ULM Athletics.

 

• Employee Fee Waiver
  The University offers a partial tuition reduction to qualified employees or their dependents. Guidelines may be found in the Employee Fee Waiver Policy and the Dependent Fee Waiver Policy here.

 

• Louisiana National Guard Tuition Waiver
  Under Louisiana Statute R.S. 29:36.1, certain members of the Louisiana National Guard may be exempted from paying the tuition portion of fees. Contact the National Guard or the ULM Student Account Services office for more information.

 

• Rockefeller Scholarship Program
  This scholarship program is administered by the Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance. Contact the ULM Scholarship Office at 318-342-5320 or email finaid@ulm.edu.

 

• ROTC Scholarship
  Four-year scholarships are available to eligible ULM students on a competitive basis. Applications and information are available through the Military Science department.

 

• Anthony Castelli Attorney's Veteran's College Scholarship
  Anthony Castelli is awarding an annual scholarship awarded to a current military veteran or honorably discharged veteran or parent, sibling, child or grandchild of a current or honorably discharged veteran. More details of this scholarship can be found here.

 

• Talent Scholarships
  The School of Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA)offers talent grants in the areas of music, dance, theatre and art. These performance-based awards are competitive and limited in number. Students wishing to audition should contact the appropriate department or the VAPA office at (318) 342-3811.

 

• Spirit Scholarships
  Spirit scholarships are available for students on ULM’s dance team and cheer squad. Questions regarding awards and tryouts should be directed to the Office of Student Engagement at (318) 342-5287 or ULM Student Development.

 

• Vocational Rehabilitation Scholarships
  This program is administered by the State of Louisiana for students with physical handicaps. Students should check with their high school principal or counselor or the nearest Louisiana Rehabilitation Services Office.
