"I had been working full time as a firefighter and when I became Fire Chief, I changed my major to the Health Studies: Management & Marketing track and I loved it. Health Studies does an amazing job of creating a classroom feel in our online classes. Professors were always available. I was given everything I needed to succeed; all it took was effort on my part.

"The teachers in the online classes work really hard to make sure there's student engagement and lots of forums and posts to interact with. You still have the chance to work with others, but it's also easier to work at your own pace.
