Summer Add-On (All Unit Types)

  • Private Room: $895 per summer

Summer extends from the end of the Spring semester through July 31.

Charges appear only on the summer bill.

Academic Requirement

  • The minimum cumulative grade point requirement is a 2.3 with at least 24 hours earned at ULM or as a scholarship recipient. VCOM Students are also eligible to reside here.

What is Warhawk Village Apartments?

Warhawk Village is an apartment-style residential community developed specifically for University of Louisiana Monroe students. The community operates through a public–private partnership with Capstone On-Campus Management.

When did Warhawk Village Apartments open?

Warhawk Village Apartments opened in Fall 2020.

Why should I live in Warhawk Village Apartments?

Students choose Warhawk Village for a variety of reasons, including:

  • Responsive maintenance services, including 24-hour emergency support and one-day non-emergency response

What is included in my apartment?

Your rent includes:

  • Fully furnished living and dining room furniture, desk, desk chair, and full-size bed in all unit types
  • Kitchen appliances including refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher
  • Utilities including internet (Ethernet and wireless), water, heat, and electricity
  • Cable service is not provided; however, residents receive a Fire TV Stick with access to local channels

What is included in my community?

Community features include:

  • 24-hour emergency maintenance
  • Safety features such as electronic building access, service desk staffing, and security cameras
  • Resident parking (ULM parking decal required)
  • Fitness center

Can I have a pet if I live at Warhawk Village Apartments?

Pets are not permitted in Warhawk Village Apartments, including visiting pets.

What are Warhawk Village community standards and rules?

Residents are subject to the University of Louisiana Monroe Code of Conduct and all Housing and Residence Life policies.

Where can I park if I live at Warhawk Village Apartments?

Parking is available but not guaranteed. Residents must purchase a ULM parking decal. Applicable fees are posted to the student’s ULM account.

Do I need an on-campus meal plan?

Students residing at Warhawk Village Apartments are required to purchase, at minimum, the Village Meal Plan.

Who can live in Warhawk Village Apartments?

Warhawk Village Apartments is available to University of Louisiana Monroe and VCOM students who meet campus housing eligibility requirements, including one of the following:

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.3 with at least 24 earned ULM credit hours
  • Approved scholarship recipient

Students may apply through the standard housing application by selecting Warhawk Village Apartments as a building preference.

How do I apply to live in Warhawk Village Apartments?

Applications are available through the housing website and portal beginning January 1. Eligible students may apply, with assignments made on a first-come, first-served basis.

A limited number of 10-month lease options are available.
