ULM Residential Life offers a variety of on-campus housing options designed to support student success. Explore each community below to learn more about amenities, room types, and locations.
Housing Requirements
To live in on-campus housing, students must meet the following requirements:
- Submit a completed housing application
- Be enrolled as a full-time student
- Meet and maintain the minimum cumulative GPA required for residence halls
For semester-specific deadlines, availability, and eligibility requirements, please select the appropriate semester from the left navigation menu.
All unmarried, full-time undergraduate students are required to live in on-campus residence halls, as long as space is available, unless exempted by the University. Additional exemption information is available on the Housing Exemptions webpage.

Bayou Village Apartments
Upperclass apartments with full kitchens in a coeducational community.

Masur Hall
Traditional residence hall with semi-private baths in a single-sex (female) community.

Warhawk Village Apartments
Privately operated apartment community in a coeducational environment.
Housing community designations are based on the sex listed in the student’s university record.
