ULM Residential Life
White Glove Program
Residential Life presents the ULM White Glove Program!
The White Glove Program is a volunteer initiative focused on ensuring our residential facilities are move-in ready before students arrive for the fall semester. Volunteers assist our team by inspecting residence halls and apartment communities to help ensure student rooms, common areas, and grounds meet our White Glove standards.
Volunteer Opportunities
As the home of nearly 2,300 student residents, ULM is committed to providing a welcoming and comfortable living environment. The White Glove Program allows faculty and staff from departments across campus to play a direct role in preparing our residence halls for student arrival. It provides a unique opportunity to see where our students live, learn more about Residential Life operations, and help ensure our facilities are ready to welcome students for the new academic year.
As a White Glove Volunteer, you will:
- Participate in a brief training and inspection process.
- Assist in evaluating inside and outside common areas and student rooms for move-in readiness.
- Help ensure our students have a positive first impression of campus housing.
- Enjoy lunch with fellow volunteers following the inspections.
Your participation helps us provide an exceptional residential experience for our students. By volunteering, you will:
- Support student success and well-being.
- Contribute to the quality and appearance of our residence halls and apartments.
- Connect with colleagues and community members across campus.
- Make a meaningful impact before students arrive for the academic year.
We value your time and support and would be honored to have you join us as a White Glove Volunteer.
Thank you for helping us ensure our students receive a warm Warhawk welcome!
