Reserving Facilities for Student Groups

1 - FIND THE RIGHT SPOT AND FILL OUT THE RESERVATION FORM

1. Academic Classrooms can be reserved by RSOs for meetings and lecture-type events using the Reservation Form for Academic Classrooms. 
2. The Office of Student Development handles reservations for: 
   1. Bayou Park is located along Bayou DeSiard, just north of the ULM Library. The large grassy area can host small festivals, concerts, and other gatherings. Book it using the Reservation Request Form. 
   2. The Quad is located between the Student Union Building, the ULM Library, and the Clarke M. Williams Student Success Center. It is used by RSOs and other campus organizations due to its central campus location. Book it using the Reservation Request Form. 
   3. Scott Plaza is the fountain located in front of the ULM Library. Book it using the Reservation Request Form. 
   4. Library Overhang can also be booked using theReservation Request Form. 
3. The Hub, Sandel Hall, and the Café can be booked via Auxiliary Enterprises 
4. The Hangar, Bayou Pointe, and The Terrace can be booked via Event Services

2 - NEED TABLES OR CHAIRS? If you need tables or chairs for Bayou Park, the Quad, Scott Plaza or the Library Overhang, fill the Set up Form and submit it to physical plant at least 5 days in advance.
