We are excited that you are interested in participating in IFC Fall 2018 Recruitment! IFC Fall Recruitment offers you an opportunity to meet chapter members and other young men participating in the recruitment process, while learning what each IFC fraternity has to offer.

Throughout the process, Recruitment Counselors, (Rho Chi's), will answer all questions that may arise while participating in recruitment. Rho Chi's are fraternity men who have temporarily disassociated themselves from their fraternity, and will be mentors throughout the entire recruitment process.

Participating in the recruitment process does not require you to join a fraternity. It does, however, enable you to explore and learn more about the University of Louisiana at Monroe campus and our Fraternity and Sorority Life community. This is a great way to meet new people and find out about many ways to get involved on our campus. This recruitment process is intended to be a positive, fun, and enriching experience for everyone who participates. We look forward to helping you become a part of family and having a home away from home.
